A 1 hour production that educates and entertains. Why do Brazilians love samba so much? Does it always sound the same? Why do they dress that way? Answer these questions and more by watching this stage show. We start by showing the roots of samba dance with pieces from the dance styles created by enslaved Brazilians in Bahia, Brazil and are transported through time and region all the way to Rio de Janeiro's famous Carnival to show how the samba dance that we recognize today began and why it truly is the ultimate unifying celebration of identity in Brazil.
